Arrived quickly. Expensive for the amount of ink you get. Considering this is supposed to be an XL cartridge it printed the equivalent of 24-28 A4 sheets covered two pictures and wording. That’s not a lot really.

Today was the first time I used the cartridge and at the second paper printed, printer warned me for an issue in the cartridge. Removed it couple of times and reconnected it as printer recommended and nothing changes. Cartridge is damaged.One paper printed. That’s it.

I recently purchased this to play around with. I wanted a computer that I could install Linux on as well as run Winduhs OS. It came with win 10 pro apparently. Okay.I was disappointed with the size of the unit. Size is shown in metric which is not a system I have readily adopted. Thus, where I was expecting a smaller unit, this thing turned out to be larger then I wanted. (my fault entirely). The vendor provided a small wifi dongle with the computer since there is none built in. Not a big deal but it does use up 1 usb port.The computer is snappy though win 10 seems to load rather slowly compared to what I was expecting. (I almost never boot into windows and am much happier with Linux systems). I am rather disappointed with the supplied mouse and keyboard. (uses up 2 usb ports) Even though the mouse is a usb one, it seems to hesitate when moved and at times it can be difficult to pose the mouse curser precisely where you want it. Other than that, it seems to work very well. The fact that I could not get the computer to boot from a usb thumb drive was annoying. This means I will always have to burn to a DVD if I choose to try an alternate OS. DVD’s are cheap enough but they are throw away’s once used. A usb stick is rewrite-able and can be used time and again with different content.

It’s like any other printer ink. Overall, all printer ink is overpriced by so much it’s absurd.Nothing special here, and the print quality only stays good for a bit of time. You can tell when the ink is at even just half because the quality starts to go down already.Would not buy if I didn’t have to. But I have a cheap HP Printer that needs this.At least it’s cheaper than at brick and mortar stores!

Update 9/24/2020 – died today – system freezes after one minute and goes to black screen. HP product support unable to help, I tried their online chat and they are unable to help. I put in my serial# and product code to no avail. super depressed – this plus covid plus wildfires – HP you really let me down.Arrived today (1/8/2020) I ordered it after much research and perusal of reviews. It arrived and the first thought out of the box “huh, PLASTIC” says it has a plastic frame so it feels cheap. Opened it up and it is dead, needed to be charged so I waited 4 hours while it charged. Fully charged it searched for updates and downloaded for over 10 minutes. Next was quick and easy, loaded my google/chrome profile from my gmail sign in, and then it went black – no warning and stayed black while I tried everything to figure out why it was not turning on. Finally came back on. Then I noticed as it started to get super hot that THERE ARE NO VENTS. Well that explains the heat. On the plus side the keyboard is super. Still I am wondering if this was a bad purchase and knowing I have a short window to return it I am holding onto the boxes and packaging it came in.Update Day 3: no more overheating, I am chalking it up to setup overload. This a a huge improvement of my awesome first chromebook 5 years ago. This one debuted June 2019 and currently Google has the OS set to expire summer of 2026 which for $210 is a great deal. I have 6-7 tabs running at anyone time without a slow down. A True HD picture. Super fast page load and a nice size screen. PLUS no worry about viruses – Priceless. LIG.Day 8: Still going good. I will note the the battery life is 5 hours with the light on full bright. No more over heating.

great laptop easy to use this is my second Chromebook I’m happy to say this one is better than my old one the keys are very responsive and very nice when clicking very good screen quality not too heavy great speakers nice-looking design only gripe is that it only has a micro-sd card slot, not a full one so I had to buy an adapter otherwise this laptop is great I would totally recommend it worth the price came quick.

for $250 you cant expect omni-angle perfect screen— and it isnt— but it is adequate.For an internet surfing appliance, it seems reasonably sturdy. The wife has a $1000 umpteen-inch Dell laptop w/ HD and funkadelic screen— no way it is 4x the value of these handy little throw-away devices.

This is the largest size of printer cartridge made by HP and last a long time. My wife and i both print a lot and the large size is the best value for us given the amount we get through. Easy to install and to replace when necessary and much better value from Amazon that from the shops

Teams, pas de problème avec la version pour Android. J’ai eu du mal à trouver la bonne application pour afficher les PDF à partir du disque local – je recommande PDF Viewer dans le Web Store. J’ai installé Family Link de Google – pas facile à installer, mais ça vaut la peine pour contrôler le temps de jeux des enfants. Avec un carte mémoire flash additionnelle, les enfants peuvent y mettre leurs photos et images. Très bien pour la famille. Un peu difficile à s’habituer au début avec Chrome OS, mais je suis content.

My HP printer is fine WHEN it works. But it most often does not. I bought this expensive cartridge and today had to play with my printer for about an hour, no printing. The printer will print in YELLOW only. I googled the issue and apparently I am not the only one. I am not alone. I fortunately had a back up ink cartridge bought from elsewhere and after another hour of playing with it, I got that cartridge to produce prints.They make these products defective so that you have to buy more of them. Disappointing and frustrating

Purchased a month ago, I don’t print very much. It’s already saying it’s completely empty which is impossible because the cartridge that came with the printer lasts way way more than a month. I don’t even know what to do, I feel like I should get my money back for this garbage but I don’t know how I could since the cartridge has been opened.

It’s not touch screen but I don’t mind that. Battery charged to 100% and only took less than two hours for me and I love that because I would be doing my work and before I know it it’s fully charged. And yes it’s very light weight I’m pretty sure because of its frame but what scares me is that it might be a little to fragile and break if something were to happen but other than that I think it’s great. Very happy with mine!!!update: still in love with charging 11/10-ive discovered few cool things like 3 fingers on touch pad and sliding it across can switch you between chrome tabs (so useful for me I wish every computer had this!)space is still going I’m not even sure how much space I have because haven’t tried looking, all i know is that it’s still going strong after all the work I do-i loveeeeeee that it has a screen recording and screen shot feature and you can record the audio(will capture surrounding sounds too sadly but better than nothing) too so you don’t have to pay for anything extra and is perfect for when you need to record zoom meetings!!!!!!-the computer doesn’t make any noise at all and is completely silent I love ittttt and it gets warm but not hot enough to burn you-you can connect with your phone and can unlock it if your phone is unlocked and I thought that was cool-i love that the keyboard is backlit so you can type in the dark and you can adjust the backlight too-there is a feature to make the Google chrom tabs full screen by pushing a button and I think thats awesome and some other computers don’t have it sadly but thought it was good on this computer- I love how the computer has a blue light filter build in and you can adjust how intense you want it and it gets really intense and that to me is super good for when I do work at nightSTUFF I WISH IT HAD- HDMI port built in would be goodddd make it 20x better especially if you want to screen mirror on the tv. I currently use an adapter but I feel would be awesome to have built in- wish I could record intenal sound as in just what is recording on screen And not any outside noises- I wished the screen was a bit higher quality but honestly wasn’t that big of deal for me but I just like watching shows in there and feel like screen could use some improvement-it started slowing down sadly but was an awesome first laptop in my eyes

OK in all fairness I can’t expect this computer to be as good as most brand new computers on the market today.However this tower was a whole lot more than I expected. I am a moderate computer user. Build websites, photo/video editing etc.So far I haven’t found anything it won’t do.Only problem I’ve had at all was after about 4 days all the back usb slots quit working (at the same time). Fortunately I only use 3 usb spots (mouse/keyboard combo and 2 external drives. So it wasn’t a huge deal. ****update**** The usb slots started working again after a couple of reboots. *****Was a little tricky to get all setup the way I like things but after a few days am flying through my jobs.If you need a good solid system to get you through the day this is the computer for you. 8 gigs of ram is so much more than most of the refurbished computers offered on here.Of course I would love to put more in it eventually right now there is nothing I plan on changing on it.It was package extremely well, came earlier than expected. And worked perfectly right out of the box.Seriously grab this! Even if you just want a back up and/or extra computer or need a replacement…this is a great system. These older systems were workhorses and would run when nothing else would.Will buy again and definitely would recommend.*****UPDATE*******Almost 1 year running this PC and have had ZERO problems.The UBS slots I reported as stopped working, started working again after a couple of restarts. I’m thinking it was most likely some of the drivers I had installed with other things.This PC will be a great buy for most everyone. Yes you need more power and such for some things but for the everyday user, photographer, blogger, podcaster etc. this unit will serve you well. There are a lot of upgrades you can do on it when necessary but to start off this is just the ticket.I have dual monitors hooked up, bought a usb bluetooth adapter and camera and haven’t had to change one single thing.I am planning on buying a second unit soon.If you are short on $$ this is one of the best starter towers you can find!**********.*********3rd Update, 11 months later and I have had zero problems.In fact I just ordered a 2nd unit. I plan on ordering 2 more before long.Seriously if you just need a cheap computer that does just about anything, this is your must have! I have a regular monitor connected to it, then I have a 2nd monitor through the HDMI and can share the desktop between.If I want a movie or something running while I am working I just put the movie/TV show on the second screen and have a clear desktop to work with.I haven’t found any of the programs I use for website building, video editing, music/editing, podcasting and so much more.*********

I really needed an economic device to work from home when needed. So the device would need to accommodate apps like word, excel, adobe, outlook, zoom, and the like. Note, although you can download most of these apps, the device itself severely limits what you can perform in those apps. For example, in word, you cannot manipulate images or paste from a clipboard; in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, you cannot convert documents into different formats (e.g. JPEG to PDF, Word doc to PDF, or the like) even though this is one of the primary benefits of purchasing this software; and in outlook you cannot add certain email options like request read receipt, request delivery receipt, add on you signature block, add reminder to follow up on the email, or the like. Again, primary benefits of using a certain app. Note, Zoom meeting is not compatible with this device at all. So you cannot download the app. Adobe Manager is not compatible with this device at all although you can download Adobe Acrobat.The work around to some of the big limitations noted above is to use the apps through your browser (Google Chome). Unfortunately, this isn’t a cure all. When you log into certain programs this way and try to perform certain actions within it, it will prompt you to log into the app built for this program, and of course, the app on this device is limited.I also noticed that the computer runs pretty slow considering it was straight out the box. This wasn’t a big deal to me at first, and I kind of expected it considering the price. Honestly, I was fine with the trade off as long as it could perform general office functions, a task that it seems to struggle with.The device does not do a right click to spell check items. You cannot right click to copy and paste items. The mouse pad does not contain a scroll feature. There is just a litany of functional issues you have to figure out how to overcome if you want to make this device work.All in all, I would recommend this device for someone that does occasion internet research or emailing. I don’t believe it is even worth investing in purchasing apps on. And really with smart phones being such a common and basically an essential possession now, I don’t even see how this device would fill even that occasional need.I’m going to finish off the week with the device and see how it goes. Maybe I’ll amend my review if I can figure out how to overcome the device’s limitations. I’ll let you guys know.

I bought this for my 11 year old son as we are still doing ALL schooling online here in my country (St. Lucia). It is awesome for accessing google classroom, google meet, zoom et. Which are the platforms used here. But its not touchscreen so I don’t know why there’s a rating for that. Also it only uses google docs which my son isnt entirely familiar with yet, but i’ll teach him and he’ll be fine. I don’t like the fact that it doesn’t have an HDMI port and only has ONE USB port… so basically if you have a mouse plugged in (like i had to do for my son) you can’t pug in an external drive. Also if your printer isn’t wifi enabled, don’t hope to print from this computer. BUT………… with 3 kids, a car loan and a mortgage, it was the best value for money on short notice! My son hasn’t complained and neither shall it. I just hope it stands up to a year of online class. Also, based on some of the reviews I read, I ONLY use this for his school work. NO video games, NO movie websites etc. Just class, homework and research and we’re good!

This is a great computer for the price. It looks like new and works very well. Regarding the DVD RW, I saw some comments where users stated they received a machine without an optical drive. At first sight mine looked like it had no DVD drive but in fact it was there, sitting behind a blanking plate on the plastic front panel. When I opened the case I saw the drive and simply had to remove the front panel (3 easy plastic clips) and snap off the blanking plate hiding the front of the DVD drive. The only reason I gave 4 stars versus 5 is that I was expecting a built-in WIFI receiver because of the following comment in the item description: “BUILT IN CONNECTIVITY – Stay connected to the internet with installed wireless capable technology and integrated network card.” There is in fact an integrated network card but it is not wireless; it requires a cable connection to the router. The device manager in Windows 10 shows only one ethernet adapter and no wireless adapter. Fortunately I had a recycled wifi card that I installed easily into the machine and it works fine. I’m just somewhat disappointed that the wifi capability was not built-in as indicated in the product description. Also, buyers should be aware this computer is not (yet) capable of supporting Windows 11 because the I5 4570 is not among the latest 8th gen core processors. At $190 this is not an issue but buyers should know.

I bought this for a friend that doesn’t need a very powerful laptop, as I do for my business. It is compact, but just a tad heavier than I expected. Set up is quick and easy. Some fairly simple tasks required an extensive amout of Google searching and trial and error. However with a little trial and error, we figured most of it out. I recommend it, overall.

Laptop is nice and works fine. Only issue is, I bought the white color & was sent a graphite color. The box was labeled incorrectly. I guess Amazon doesn’t actually look at what’s in a box before sending. I bought it used in “like new” condition. Nothing wrong with the laptop itself except for the color.

nothing cool about it it gets the job done the only problem i had with this computer is that it wouldn’t connect to my school wifi but i just use guest now its a good computer and definitely faster then the ones our school gives out

It came quickly, it looks pretty good, no major signs of use or age, BUT, it was supposed to have the latest version of windows 10 installed and even after over an hour of updates and restarts and more updates, still says I should consider updating/upgrading to a newer version of windows 10. I could have returned it but needed a computer now and just kept it anyway. I kind of feel I was lied to but that is big on amazon I think, just like them not knowing what the word guarantee means…as in, guaranteed delivery by X but then it turns out to be y or z or whatever, they don’t care, they are making their money. Unless you are fluent in whatever language they speak in India, DO NOT EXPECT ANY SORT OF REAL HELP THROUGH CHAT. If English is your primary language, don’t even waste your time trying to get help. You will just end up in an endless loop of unhelpful, pre-scripted banter with an agent at the other end asking if there is anything else they can do to help when there was no HELP given at anytime.

I’ve had this second-hand PC for 2 months now. Great fast system for running a home media center onceyou replace the installed hard disk with a SSD drive and ditch Windows 10 for Linux (Mint Cinnamon 20.3 in my case).I installed a spare graphic card with a HDMI port even though the displayport works fine with an adapter.You can actually squeeze in 3 hard disks in this small form factor desktop if you remove the DVD-ROM driveI gave only 4 stars as the BIOS was locked with a password and the boot menu was disabled. Had to move a jumper on the motherboard to unlock the password protection. A bonus card reader was installed but with the cable not connected on the motherboard. Good thing I’m a retired PC tech. Some quality control issues here. Overall though, recommended. I would order from this seller again in the future. Fast delivery through UPS.

I needed a laptop quickly so I bought this Chrome Book. I should have done more research. It’s ok as I don’t do a lot of big important things but there are things I can’t do. That’s a little irritating!

Battery seems to lose capacity but it is a good basic chromebook.

This unit was a quick cheap (for approximately $100.00) and an easy way to upgrade my old HP pavilion system. An easy way to get back up and running quickly. My ancient system died which turned out to be the power supply. I ordered a new one for only $20.00 and installed it and have recovered that system and all my valuable Data. Great quality print but, depending on use, it can run out fairly quickly. For me I think the XL is probably a better value.

Sick and tired of wasting money on refilled cartridges that dry up quick, don’t print great from the get go. Unfortunately this is one instance probably have to stick with name brand. Hate the high price, but it does the job right

It’s HP ink for an HP printer. Costs more than the refills but since the printer is under warranty I choose the name brand until the warranty expires. Works exactly like it should.

Needed for my HP OFFICE JET 3830. Great quality ink . No fading. Pure black!

I ordered this cartridge to see how long it would last. I had ordered it before. But, it seems that it didn’t last very long and I had to go get another. It could be because of what I am printing and it takes more ink. I will order the XL next time even though it is more expensive.

I’m using this to run a Gregtech: New Horizons minecraft server 24/7. It’s quiet and has no problems running the server at full speed. Great value for the price, and cheaper than running in the cloud.

In a few steps I had it up and running. Was so glad that I was able to find a computer at a low price as you may know it not easy buying a computer.

My hubby had a tower that was close to 30 years old. It still worked but it was slow and was in bad shape. He has spent the last year every night hunched over his Iphone using it as a computer. I came across this and thought we would give it a try. What a great computer for him. He is not tech smart and still has to wake me up at night to turn it on for him (give him a break, he’s 66!) but once he is on it, he is good. It was easy to set up and get running. I highly recommend it. Perfect for casual, gaming, or work. He is a happy Hubby.

The original computer refused to upgrade to Windows 10. For $98 I solved the problem and made a slight upgrade to the original old computer. Everything worked as advertised. I swapped out the hard drive (which was reasonably responsive) for an SSD. Restore and software installs worked well.

If you do a significant amount of printing the cartridge will quickly run out. However, I have never had a problem with the quality of the ink our cartridges. I just wish the price was a little lower.

I have ordered HP 65 ink for the longest and it is a great ink for all I need in printing my homework

Chromebooks are like phones, they have apps and although you can download Microsoft word it does not come with all of the regular features.it can sometimes run a bit slow, but nothing crazy.you cant download any games like blizzard or league of legends on it. (this may be obvious but worth noting regardless.)Overall ,good quality for the price.

I use this for work and home. I have been using it for a few years and never had a minute of trouble. It is limited to windows 10.I would not recommended it for high speed gaming
