Good Speaker And Lantern. The media could not be loaded.  For many people I am sure the most important part of this device is the speaker. But for me, the lantern is key, as we lose power where we live far too often. I don’t need the light to be as bright as daylight or even as a really good lamp, but I do want something that will enable me to see where I am going.And this lantern fits that bill quite nicely. It is sturdy and well made and it has a very good handle to carry it around. Even though it turned on when I got it I let it charge for a full day via a USB-C cable before use. Do read the instructions-there are six buttons on top to control the lantern (and speaker’s) functions-they light up when you depress one of these switches. The buttons have symbols, but I wish they were marked with a word instead-I think that would be easier albeit perhaps less cool looking. You can have colored lights and/or white lights. The former are nice and if you just want ambiance not bad, although I don’t think they are of much if any practical value. The white lights, which have three brightness adjustments, are good, although ultimately not the brightest I have seen, though they are more than adequate to walk or sit around by.What really surprised me about this unit is the speaker. I know it is billed as a speaker with a lantern but this is not a big product and I thought the speaker would not amount to much at all. I am here to tell you, happily so, that I was wrong. Look, this is not the equivalent of a bigger and more expensive speaker. But for its size and price it is really quite good. The bluetooth connects easily and the speaker has a pleasant sound and is more than loud enough to be heard in a small area. I know this is listed a camping unit, and it is certainly fit for that purpose. But if the power goes out this would be good to have then as well. What I wish it had was a radio, AM/FM with the weather band would be great and if there is a future iteration of this product I hope that might be included. What is nice is that the light and music can be functioning at the same time, though of course this will affect battery life. On the other hand I have been playing with this for a few days and the battery is still functioning-it would be nice if that next version of this device has a charge meter.Despite the several wants I listed, this is nevertheless a very good product. It works both a speaker and as a lantern, not the best of either one but as a worthwhile and good combination.

Great camping lantern. Got this to replace our old incandescent lantern and the speaker is a great added bonus. This is a nice durable speaker and lantern and you can feel it is meant to be a good outdoor device. The light it puts off is great for dark camping in the woods. The handle is great as it makes it easy to carry, but most importantly this made it really easy to hang in our tent. The sound it puts out is pretty good too, gets quite loud and maintains its clarity for the most part at full volume. The colored lights are a fun bonus, my 2 year old enjoys playing with that feature the most. I wish it would sync with the music or something, but not a big deal. Very durable though as my toddler has tossed it around and it keeps working without issue, though I imagine the bass driver at the bottom of the unit will get destroyed before too much longer.

Combining 2 camping accessories in 1. This is one of those products you didn’t know you needed until you had it.Combining a decently powered lantern and a decent sounding speaker into a single unit (with the added bonus of output device charging), I really got to give this unit a go at our rustic hunting camp.Battery lasted all weekend with regular use (10000 mah battery is nice capacity) and it went up and down stairs with ease.Once you get used to what button does what, you’ll use it regularly. Definitely going to be used for camping, at the cabin, or even bonfire evenings (Back and forth to the fridge, at least).The light output isn’t overpowering, and the lowest level is nice for when just waking up.Sound was OK – not the highest of highs or lowest of lows – but the 360 sound was a nice touch for indoor use.
