Comprar un celular Renewed con Amazon es equivalente a comprar un semi nuevo certificado con garantía de 3 meses, es la 3era vez que compro un renewed y siempre superan mis expectativas , llegó súper rápido , desbloqueado, detalles mínimos 9.5/10 ( solo los rayones normales que se les hacen a los iPhone con bordes de acero inoxidable) batería con condición al 96% funciona todo al 100% y si dejara de hacerlo Amazon te respalda durante 3 meses, sin duda una excelente compra

Es mi primer iPhone y estaba nervioso (como muchos de ustedes que leen esto) y no sabía si era seguro, me animé porque después de todo Amazon enviaba la compra, me llegó en un día y en la caja que se muestra en la foto, que la verdad no está nada mal. El celular venía impecable y con un estado de batería al 99%, sin rasguños en la parte trasera (en la delantera no parce tener nada, ya viene una mica por lo que se agradece)En fin, si quieren probar iPhone y casi a mitad de precio, es una buena opción. 😀

Éste celular me encantó a pesar de ser un producto renovado jala Super bien me llevo con el 87% de la batería no he tenido ningún problema no me ha fallado funciona súper bien estoy muy contenta con la compra lo recomiendo 🤩 llevo dos meses de uso sin detalles

Lo único que no me gusto es que mandan cargador y cable genéricos, he comprado ya otros iphone reacondicionados y me llegan con cargador y cable original, fue el único detalle por lo demás bien

I declined to leave a unboxing video & picture on this one as its the 2nd device I’ve bought from this store/seller in a month, technically 3 in total from one of their affiliates. So , I’ll start with delivery & packaging , in my profession ( CyberSec/OSINT ) this is very important detail, it will typically tell the rest of your experience. They did great with shipping times, the got it to me early which is always welcomed and as promised came with a very generic charging block & cable and the device that’s about it and it all works great!. I will also say their after market packaging they used was actually very professional and looked great, sealed with care . There was some paperwork on the side I highly suggest reading as its about your warranty and thus is important. Remember you pay for what you get, especially with Iphones. I use Android and IOS in business, I bought a brand new 2021 NEW flagship android device for $320 less than this product but what I paid extra for was that Amazon renewed guarantee which not only promises your device to come with certain prerequisites like over 90% battery life etc BUT it comes with a one year warranty as well as a great return policy which is also a year. I saw alot of mixed reviews , and the details is where you need to look . This company/store did a great job. With its presentation, Now I’m not going to go to deep I go i to a deep review on the device as a iphone is a iphone, is a iphone. I have owned every model ,this was a replacement for me aside from business use. This would have been 5 stars all around given the check star system Amazon has in place However, for example the battery I gave 4 stars, it did come with 90% battery in its bank but like most Iphones unless it’s a new battery and has been conditioned ( charged ) properly the battery life is not great on any pro model unless it’s the max versions but it will do most great and as expected. The forest green was a color I loved and was out of stock when I bought it new so that was a nice addition vs the green iphone 12 pro I have which a total different shade of green. So I bought a bundle , a recommended case and some tempered glass screen protectors, I will say as they are sufficient, I made a common mistake as I do like to pay for convienance these bundles are not always the most cost effective route. Do yourself a favor & look around, so my total was about $730 , the phone itself was priced decent enough but remember that tax is going go be a least $50 added to the device. The phone came 100% Factory Unlocked as advertised and in great shape , the only blemish which I wasn’t heartbroken about However for that kind of money and knowing how inexpensive it is to fix the glass as I’ve done it many of times, there was a decent scratch at the top near the top speaker HOWEVER, I am a tad OCD about things like that especially when spending that kind of money and having actually bought 3 devices Factory Unlocked I have a high standard. I think most people wont take a 2nd look at it. Just a side note, the resell and value system of used Iphones especially are still very off in 2022 considering for another $150 I could’ve just bought the iPhone 13 NEW. That said, that has nothing to do with this seller or store just a observation as my business is in all tech. At the end of the day,I can o my fairly go off of what I git & my experience. I am highly impressed and happy with this purchase. This store/seller took great care in its delivery time, its great packaging, everything came as advertised and product for all Intensive purposes is basically NEW. After 3 devices both IOS & Android , I would not hesitate to do business with this company again. Don’t second guess these guys , in reality this was a 5 star sale . They did great business and as I said I was willing to pay more as yes you can find this de ice cheaper all day BUT you are gambling , when it co es to stuff like this I can’t stress enough you get what you pay for. The device was perfect, again great presentation, Factory unlocked,ive tested it on over 20 GSM carriers thus far and I paid for a great product but a peace of mind for a full year , it has a great warranty, and I have no plans of a return but that option is there if you want it . They did great, I am happy and would buy again!

Phone arrived today. Almost flawless. Minor scuff on one of the top corners. A little concerned that the Battery life was at 87% capacity. Other than that , it was easy to get my service switched to this device. I did it myself online. Love that it came with a screen protector already installed on the device.

The phone looks brand new, and even comes with a screen protector. Only thing was it had sticky stuff in the back and was kinda dirty but it’s an easy fix.

No sirvió. El iPhone 12 que pedí no funciono. Su estado era bueno, sin embargo nunca se pudo configurar, no se pudo actualizar y tampoco dejó transferir los datos, lo que me hizo pensar si era ROBADO. Ya había comprado anteriormente un iPhone 8 renovado y no tuve problema, pero este fue una total decepción.Regresé el teléfono y para evitar problemas mejor ya no lo volveré a comprar.

No es la primera vez que compro iPhone Reacondicionado en Amazon, sin embargo es la primera vez que me toca un 10/10, batería al 100%, con Face ID que funciona perfecto, incluso con poca luz y usando mascarilla con lentes, muy rápido y con una belleza de diseño además de ser muy ligero. Ninguna señal visible de daño en la carcasa.Sin duda lo recomiendo para quienes como yo desean un equipo original, a un menor precio, sin temor de adquirir un producto de lista negra o con fallas como sucede en otras plataformas de mi país.En otro comentario (xq compré 2) procuraré subir video como evidencia

Hice un estudio previo a la compra asi que el iPhone llego como se supone que llegan todos los Renewed, la caja en perfectas condiciones y con lo prometido. El telefono SI tiene signos asi que le dare en estetica un 9/10 tiene 3 “picaduras” en los marcos y un muy pequeño raspon en el borde de la camara. La pantalla tiene muy pocos arañazos, nada que impida el uso de la pantalla ademas que el protector hace que se vea impoluto. La bateria llego en 90% y el cargador incluido es funcional a mas no poder, inclusive quise hacer la primer carga con un cargador rapido de Samsung y no quizo, solucion: usar el incluido generico. El software esta bien, la compatibilidad con la telefonica (Telcel) a la primera, 4G y 5G funcional, y todas las conexiones funcionales. En pocas palabras hice una prueba general que me llevo un dia y medio y nada fallo. La bateria no tiene problemas, la pantalla no tiene problemas, las camaras funcionan perfectamente. Creo que abriendo la mente a pensar que es un celular seminuevo te das cuenta que es una excelente compra y que te ahorraste un muy buen dinero.

I live this phone I got it for my birthday. I use it a lot and the battery is pretty good jus my one thing. The battery whould not charge to 100 percent only to 90 but that was after a year or so and it should be pretty easy to replace it or just go into a shop to have it replaced I highly recommend this product!

Tengo un mes usando el celular (iphone 12 pro de 128 gb)…Elegí la opción de comprar un reacondicionado premium y wow me llego el equipo con estética de 10 , ningún rayón , nada … la batería venía del 90% , es cuestión de suerte por que leí unos comentarios que se las mandaban del 100%… creo que por ser un modelo un poco reciente corres la suerte que te llegue bien …todo funciona al 100 no ha tenido ninguna falla … todas las cámaras le funcionan bien …

While the phone was in great condition they promised that it would be unlocked and it wasn’t. It has been a hassle and a headache trying to get it added to my Verizon plan only to have to return it. Not a satisfied customer!

I was a bit weary buying a phone from a seller I haven’t bought from before, that’s a lot of trust when spending $600. I’ve waited a few weeks to write this review to make sure all was well. The phone came in great condition with no scratches, nicks or dents. Battery condition said it was still at 100% so that was really nice. All and all very satisfied with the seller.Now to the review of the phone itself.This is a fantastic phone in every way. I’ve bought budget phones for 10 years now because I couldn’t afford the best money could buy. The last iPhone I had was the iPhone 5. This happened to be within my budget and I couldn’t be happier with the phone itself. I was coming from a pixel 4a so a slight downsize from a 5.7 in screen to a 5.4 wasn’t an issue at all. I truly enjoy a smaller phone as I have small hands and find large heavy phones annoying. To have basically a flagship phone but in smaller packaging has been great. Battery life is actually a lot better than expected and Lasts all day with moderate to heavy use. If your hesitant to get this phone, don’t be! I will update the review if anything changes but so far I’m absolutely in love with my new phone.

There so much to unpack with this phone, but lemme start with on a scale of 1 to 10 I rate this a 12. Ive owned a few flagship phones and this blows them all out of the water. For one you can adjust colors and resolution to save battery life. I’ve never seen that before on a phone and can make a big difference. It also has Dolby audio, music sounds so amazing I swore my $60 dollar earbuds were $200.The majority of photos are outperforming my Rebel T7 DSLR. I’m shocked at the photo quality then everything else? Totally worth it. If anything I find myself coloring on the pen up app. The only real flaw is battery life, everything else is perfect

I was so very nervous to buy this phone online but after reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance and I can say that I’m pleased. There is a small scratch at the bottom of the phone since it is renewed but I’m still glad I made the purchase!The phone came in a regular box with a charger (Acellories brand), and the little pin to open the sim card port. It also came with a customer support card, and a amazon renewed thank you card.I was cautiously optimistic but overall I’m pleased! If I have any issues with this phone, I’ll update my review.

Bought this phone In Acceptable condition and hoped for the best and i could not be more satisfied. The phone came with zero scratches, dents or cracks and on top of that i got a free screen protector. Apart from the unoriginal apple box and the minor fact that someone else owned this device, i dont see why anyone would buy a brand new phone for 200 dollars more. The only downside to this purchase was the fact they gave me an iphone 12 mini screen protector instead of the 13 mini one but who cares. Totally Worth My Money!

I upgraded from an iPhone 5 and wow what a difference. I didn’t want to spend the money for a new phone so I went with this one, it didn’t have an Apple box but I don’t care about that. I received a phone that was in pristine shape no scratches, nics, or dents. It looked brand new and in fact still has Apples warranty until March. I did go ahead and get the insurance for the phone along with a screen saver and case all in all I would defiantly buy from here again.

Works great! Good solid phone with excellent battery life does what it should no problems. The mini size is nice because I can easily control what I’m doing with one hand and it fits in my pocket very nicely. Don’t care for the pink just got a good deal on it and with my Otter Box you can’t tell.

The spouse needed a new iPhone to replace the old iPhone 6 SE Apple that won’t even update anymore. Years ago we replaced the battery on the old one and it was getting weak again, so it was way past time.I was glad the refurbished unit I received was exactly as described. The battery shows 88% life left, decently over the promised value. I saw minor scratches in the metal but nothing really noticeable. I ordered a case and glass screen protector and you can’t even tell it’s not brand new.The size of the phone is slightly taller and wider than the old 6 SE, so it seems familiar, but the face of the screen is MUCH larger, making it more usable. It works very similarly to the old phone, except for having no physical home button. The home gestures work easily and the setup had everything PLUS updates making all the old apps work, so the spouse was quite happy.I, too, was happy doing “tech support,” because Apple does all the heavy lifting. Just kick off a backup to iCloud on the old phone (in case something goes wrong). When the backup finishes, move the SIM card to the new phone and turn it on. Set the new phone next to the old one, and follow the prompts. The data comes across and much of the setup will be just as expected.I think if you’re getting an Apple phone, a recent model certified refurbished phone is a good way to save a bit of money.

I needed to upgrade my phone and have been a Samsung user for decades now. I was skeptical about this phone with all the negative reviews about battery life, but ultimately decided that the camera was worth it. So far I’ve been pleasantly surprised! The battery typically lasts me at least a day and a half, if not 2 days. And the camera is great!I was also worried about the size, upgrading from a smaller phone, and am happy to say that it’s not a total deal breaker. I wish it were a little easier to hold, a little lighter weight, and I certainly wish it fit into pockets better! But it’s not as bad as I worried it would be.Other highlights:Again, the camera! I’m loving the zoom and the overall sharpness of my images!Unexpectedly, the S Pen! I use it way more than I would have expected and have found it to be both very useful and fun!

Bought as a secondary phone for my Galaxy S22 Ultra. I bought Acceptable Condition and the only real wear I see is a few paint chips on the aluminum sides, which you can’t see unless looking really close. Battery health at 88%. Also came with a preinstalled screen protector. Ended up taking that off since it messes with the facial recognition.The packaging was quite disappointing. Just came in a USPS small priority box that was damaged, and the phone only had one layer of bubble wrap and was sliding out of it as I opened the box.

It is a refurbished device, yes. But it’s still great!. I’ve had it for two months now, didn’t come with any scratches, hasn’t had any weird glitch, and has responded great to all the stuff i download it there ! (getting a 128gb iPhone for less than $900 sounds like a fair deal knowing how over priced iphones are lol). The only thing is that the charger wasn’t the original one but hey at least it brought a charger and a phone in perfect condition! It is also unlocked and i will finish it paying in December (I got it with klarna), which I feel it’s fair compared to the iPhone 11 i got from at&t in 2019 and finished paying in December 2021 with the monthly payments being $150 lol.

My 15 year old son worked this summer to save his money for a new phone. He’s very cheap and doesn’t like to spend money at all lol lol lol. Anyway he decided to get this refurbished phone from Amazon.He got it yesterday and we both were amazed at the condition of it. The phone looks brand new no scratches or anything. It comes with a charging block and cord which a new iPhone doesn’t even come with a charging block.Will update in a few wks on battery life and if we have any issues.

This phone came in MINT condition. No scratches whatsoever. What’s even better is that the battery health was 99%! I’m 100% Happy with this purchase.

Tuve una mala experiencia con el equipo la condición de la batería a pesar de estar dentro del % que se anuncia, no tenia buen desempeño y no me alcanzaba a durar el día completo, procedí a devolverlo y la atención por parte del vendedor y de Amazon fue muy buena y recibí mi reembolso completo tras regresarles el teléfono. Una lastima porque de estética lucia impecable y realmente quería un iPhone 12 Pro color Pacific Blue.

I am not going to review the iPhone 11 Pro…there are a ton online for you to peruse. However, this Amazon refurbished example was literally like new. Well-packaged and in a secure mailer, it fired right up. Battery indicated at more than 90% after a deep charge.I have no idea what the refurbishment process is but, when I ran Apples Diagnostics – everything was A-OK. Not much else to say other than to buy one and save!PS: I can’t speak for those who have had problems – but, that’s the beauty of purchasing through Amazon, you can always send it back.

my phone is next to perfect! i found the tiniest scuff near the camera on the back of the phone, but i really had to hunt to find any imperfections at all. battery at 92% and lasts all day with constant use. speaker sounds great. phone calls are clear. very happy with my purchase.

On a fixed income and needed to upgrade my phone. Found one in my budget and had mostly positive reviews. Will be awhile before I get a feel for it’s performance. Delivery time sucked but that’s on UPS.

Replaces my se 5 which I also loved many years. I am so happy with this Mini 13. The facial recognition is amazing and I do not miss the home button. In the time I’ve had the renewed mini 13 the performance and battery life has been great, like new in fact. Only one or two events where screen hung up however, I’m attributing that to internet connectivity which can occur in my location. The cosmetics were like new, I did notice a very micro minute scratch on screen which is so unnoticeable that I almost didn’t want to even mention here, hardly a defect. Overall if you’re thinking of upgrading with this seller, I would say go for it, jump in and enjoy!
